Server (Maple Terrace/Bridgewater Home)

We currently have multiple schedules available including days and evenings, part-time and full-time. The best part is you’ll work no later than 8 p.m., and you work only every other weekend. We are hiring for both our Maple Terrace and Bridgewater Home locations.

In addition to the important tasks of assisting with meal preparation, service, and clean up after meals while following safety and sanitation standards, this is an opportunity to work with some very talented people who have fun, enjoy their work, and take exceptional care of our residents and guests.

Bridgewater Retirement Community is committed to offering fresh, healthy, and delicious dining options to all our residents. We also strive for continuous improvement. Work is underway on The Grove, and soon we’ll also have new casual dining venues: The Junction, The Nook and Gardenside Diner.

The Custer Dining Room will get an upgrade, as well. Bridgewater’s gracious main dining area will close this spring for renovations—kitchen updates are in the works, and the staff is pouring their creative energy into re-imagining the menu.

Current and new dining venues:

  • Custer Dining Room: BRC’s flagship restaurant-style dining room
  • The Junction: casual dining venue with grill, pizza oven, and action stations
  • The Nook: Beverage bar with specialty coffee and smoothies
  • Gardenside Diner: comfortable setting with all-day breakfast and perennial favorites
  • Skyline Dining Room:  well-balanced, appealing meals with tableside service
  • Countryside Kitchen: open kitchen with tableside service

With these distinct and diverse options, dining on campus will take on new life and new energy.
